Frogger is the production agentic-AI platform I built for the MSP to do real IT work autonomously — peer-gated, multi-tenant, and resolving ~4,500 tickets per 30-day window in live use today.
- Designed and shipped Frogger end-to-end — a multi-tenant Teams bot on the Claude Agent SDK that resolves IT tickets autonomously across 50+ client tenants and 90+ managed endpoints. Auto-resolves ~4,500 tickets per 30-day window, with peer-approval gating on high-blast-radius actions.
- Built per-server RDP code-signing trust chain that suppresses both Microsoft RDP security warnings (unknown publisher + identity verification) without per-user certificate provisioning. Live across the fleet.
- Architected the serverless backend: Python on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge Scheduler, Microsoft Graph + Bot Framework, ConnectWise Manage REST, NinjaOne v2, ConnectSecure CMDB sync, and a nightly phishing-data pipeline.
- Built an Adaptive Cards approval flow in Teams for high-impact actions (run-command at scale, mass deploys), routed through a peer-approval group chat instead of hard-coded limits.
- Automated monthly M365 license + SKU + spend reports across the partner tenant and 124+ customer tenants — fully unattended via EventBridge cron, Haiku-summarized, SES-delivered.
